This whole "self care" thing has been kind of rough for a lot of us in this community. oh, man! I'm sorry that it's been rough for you. But thanks for the feedback. You know, I recognise how hard things are for Autistic adults in this word, and I just hope that I can make things easier for my kids and their peers as they grow up.
